The different sized steel rings with riveted leather connecting straps are placed over the penis. A lockable leather strap leads around the penis and testicles as a cock ring, the other strap lies around the testicles, stretches a little and holds them tightly.
Both of the soft but sturdy leather straps have 6 slots, so that they are tight and securely adjustable and fit perfectly. The two, about 1.5 cm wide leather straps are firmly connected to each other by means of the metal adjustment D-rings of the leather straps and the two D-rings on the second ring of the 5-rings.
