Are you upset about shipping costs? We too - Swiss Post is extremely expensive in comparison to the EU, however: Excites us almost fatally, but if there are enough idiots where ordering at other shops, fall with so-called cheap prices and promotions. Example? Okay: Competition shop an SM-paddle - starting price 49.90 - reduced to SPECIAL PRICE 32.50 - without additional 18.50 flat rate shipping costs, also no storage information and ONLY BY PREP'AID PAYMENT, cards plus expenses) and we have it from the beginning for 23.50 FR in the shop .... just insanity ... how stupid those customers must be ...!)

A customer's account makes it possible to control your purchases at any time, to query the status, to receive vouchers and at a new order, you do not always have to re-enter your data. Your can set also an separate shipping address as also for example pickpost or postlagernd (poststorage) addresses. Also, only at customers accounts it is possible to cumulate the total amount of yearly oders to get the 5% "regular customer" discount.
You can order in our shop as a guest, but there is to remember, that you at each new order at us, your data have to be filled again at the order form.
Also we do not make backorders if needed (especially at pre-paid orders with high value), before we dont get the payable amount.
Also, you can not check your status of the orders or the last orders you made at us.
The basket as also the wishlist only is saved up to a maximum of 30 days, then it will be deleted.
Also, the "regular customer discount" of 5% (if reached the total orders value for qualification) can not be applied.
Also, the links in our order-confirmation email's to your order don't work, since there is no regular account.

The better way is - you create for once a customer account.

A customer account makes it possible to control your purchases at any time, to query the status, to receive or send vouchers and you do not have to re-enter your data every time you want to order.
With the customer account, you can also create a separate shipping address, including Pickpost and Poste restante.
When you reach the discount limit, you will get 5% activated.
The shopping cart and wishlist remain permanently saved until you order the items or delete them in the shopping cart / wishlist.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE A FREE EMAIL ACCOUNT if any possible as specifically Hotmail, GMX, Yahoo, Gmail, ICloud, because otherwise our mails to you might get caught in the spam filter (Erotic content). This is - friendly said - BULLSHIT, but it is like that.

You will receive confirmation of the account after creating the customer account, as after an order also, IMMEDIATELY, which is then activated.
If no mail appears, check your spam filter and / or mark our email as "not spam".

Our Prices:

We like to offer you SUPER PRICES as a end-consumer. This is exactly how our calculation looks like, and that runs through our huge, complete assortment, without the partial, apparently still used, sex surcharge at other shops. But it's just so, that we at least to earn a little bit money, because without any income it don't work!
Minimum order value and discount: The minimum order value since economical and business reasons is 30.00 CHF.

DISCOUNT (at 700.- CHF the shipping charge is anyway 0.- inside CH and LI) you get 5% at a order value of 900.- CHF. If you already have as a regular customer 5%, you will get additional 5% - total 10% OFF your order.
We are ordering Worldwide at well-known and long years existing suppliers. Our key suppliers are in the U.S., Netherlands, Germany. This is, because most of the products which are for us and you are interesting, anyway ARE from the U.S., they come to Europe until a year or more later to Europe, whether with cheap copies then... or then already in purchasing much more expensive than the U.S. products in the original.
But the direct import causes relatively high import and shipping costs. As an example - a package of 10 kg costs about $ 250 from the States to us... Then there additional is customs- and tax charge, plus customs declaration commissions of the transport companys.
Statement: "In China, that's available for a fraction of that price":
We could also offer cheapest products from the Far East ... and thus enter the price-war in the erotic sector... NO! We will not do it! We sell quality with which you will be satisfied long years.
The problems in the Far East include, among other things, the used toxins and the working conditions in production, the European regulations with CE mark, approvals and compliance with safety regulations, TÜV etc. are added ...
In the Far East, especially China, although there are also regulations, but no one controls there (the state is happy if the companies only are enough selling and pay taxes) and therefore, the manufacturers can do practically what they want!

Even though many of our products are originally from China, WE and YOU are at the safe side if the products are approved in the US or the EC and are therefore tested for possible hazards / hazardous substances. At direct imports from the Far East, this is impossible for small businesses due to cost reasons.

Our conclusion: If you've seen an equivalent product elsewhere, this means NOT YET that the article is also equivalent... Photos never say ALL!
Unless you have the feeling, elsewhere this is cheaper... the same... Send us your request! We are happy to give you feedback and in any case a statement!

And another thing: Especially for expensive items, the purchase price plays a big role for us (and you). This is also related to the current foreign exchange rate.
For example, if you want to buy a High-Tech Real Doll (coming from the US) - ask us for the current price. The sales price which is visible in the shop, was calculated absolutely correct at this time of uploading at our shop!
This applies to all items in our shop. We are constantly on it ... and daily come various update lists.

You have the choice - the whole year with us cheap shopping and just accept a few days delivery, or wait for others to such pseudo-cheap promotions like Black Friday / Cyber Monday and similar - OR you take the prices (up to 300% and more) of them and get your order PERHAPS sooner.
Even at large Swiss competitor-shops we are mostly - with theyr percents - at our original price calculation. We could supply examples of that hundred-, no thousand times - but unfortunately we are not allowed to.

(Almost fatally upsets us, but it is freightening, ther are so much people to fall for such nonsense: Competition shop starting price 49.90 - reduced to SPECIAL PRICE 32.50 - without 18.50 flat rate shipping costs, shipping is 18.50 and if you pay by card - plus additional fee - as also it's not stated in stock or not) and we have it in the shop from the beginning for 23.50 FR .... only still insane ... how naiv you have to be ...! And OF COURSE they can offer 1-2 times a year a 50% and more disdount... enough got all the year already...)

If these "big ones" then certainly have much cheaper purchase prices than we have, then such customer-for-stupid sales promotions as Black Friday are already an impudence, as seen from our side. But apparently there are enough people where fall for it - unfortunately.

We simply can not afford such extreme promotions, finally we have to earn a little bit money.

AND STILL SOMEWHAT: The apparently prevailing motto "stinginess is nasty" (The fools where this slogan has brought, should shot by law!) beats sometime back to YOU ... If ALL people are shopping in the EC or other foreign countries, because it is cheaper (in our case, supposedly or maybe only) - this threatens the Swiss economy. CLEAR it can be on the first sight cheaper, but thanks to the customs and tax authorities where ripping off without end and the comparatively ENORMOUS wages and additional costs in Switzerland MUST be higher prices than in the rest of the world!
Buy where you want (we also want the cheapest possible), but keep in mind that at some point in this consumer chain YOU will be affected with wage cuts or cancellations of the working-contract, because YOU are no longer feasible and somewhere still profitable! This can also be done on taxes from the state - the "brotherhood" reacts then already on less revenue!
Before you go shopping anywhere else next time - remember - the "dear customs" demands on the basis of the shopping value PLUS shipping costs then at least the currently valid swiss VAT tax from you ... still sooo much cheaper abroad? Hm?

We will send package(s) provided NEUTRAL packed with your address and the parcel is marked only with the sender SR E. Schweiz GmbH. There is NO OTHER possibillity, because of several laws and regulations ! IF this should be a problem, think about a Pickpost- or Poststorage address for the delivery.

When ordering, the purchaser accepts our terms and conditions.
Your order will be processed as soon we have received it. You will receive a confirmation of your order once it is available to us.
If (a) Product(s) is (are) in stock, you will receive it within 1-2 days, unless a valid credit card is available for booking, or receipt of payment.

If your order contains in-stock AND backordered items, we try always to ship completely, not at least of ecological reasons and also reasons of other exenses like postal fees, packaging costs and workers costs. This needs some days, because UPS and DHL Express as also the Swiss Customs need a bit time. More informations you will receive at the manual made order confirmation from us.
We DON'T HAVE everything in stock! Therefore our prices are too low and our items are too special and our range of items too large, but we order at least 5x a week at our well etablished suppliers in the US and elsewhere to supply a fastest possible delivery...

IN STOCK ARE: Almost all items in the sellout departments, most stockings, tights, bodystockings, costumes and some items of bdsm, electrostimulation devices and electrodes, and also such as chastity, all articles of Fetisso latex fashion.
We send usually your order complete, so if you order several items and "one" item is in stock and some others not, we reserve the "one" for you, the others will be backordered at our suppliers.
When we order at our suppliers, then it needs about 1 to 5 working days for the shipment to reach us, but this is also dependent to the freight forwarder and customs, which are not always so fast for theyr money which we would like... We ship then to you - of course always - as soon as possible.
When ordering by "advance payment / prepaid"  must the purchase amount within 10 days be credited to our account. If you send us the proof of payment, this will save your waiting time. (IF you own a BANK please contact us about stock and inventory if you would like to finance it... )
INFO: Online orders are legally, absolutely valid distance purchase contracts and binding for both sides!

The expected delivery time is depending on the day you order and the day we order at the suppliers. We will tell you the estimated delivery time in the order confirmation after receipt of the payment if not already paid by CCl.
Please have some patience, if it lasts sometimes a few days longer than indicated in the confirmation, unfortunately we are not members of a wizardfamily  and there are not all manufacturers ALWAYS be as reliable as we would like them to be.
The low price and the quality is certainly worth a few days waiting?
We DO NOT send automated messages for delays, since we regard this as useless. An automatic message is also completely impersonal from a computer-program created, what we want to avoid.

About contact: Please in a polite and acceptable form, you certainly expect that you will be treated politely and with respect too... but this seems in today's time and with many people not necessarily standard to be. So notice: As you call into the forest, it resounds!
Because our range is quite large and constantly growing, it is impossible - also for the biggest supplier - to have always the desired size, quantity and color in stock.

Pickup at our location is possible as soon we have your online-order ready. Also partially pick-up is possible as soon we have some items especially at larger order ready.
Therefore you choose "pickup" at the checkout at the shipping-page. You will get an email from us as soon we have your order ready to pickup.
Cash-payments at pickup are not possible, the goods must be paid with one of our integrated payment methods in the shop. Our storage place with stacked goods is not suitable for visitors.

Without exception, we do NOT send payment slips or QR codes by post! (Unless you accept a surcharge of 15.- FR on the order! This for paper, envelope, printer toner, time expenditure, postage - if OK for you, then inquire by email).

We will not ship (anymore) by invoice. This has reasons:
1. - It seems to be almost normal (unfortunately) that bills are not paid, this applies especially to goods in the erotic sector. We have found that 25-30% of the bills sent, at least effort and annoyance up to total loss plus additional costs for legal action.
2. - Our prices are not massive %% higher than in other shops. If at THEM a customer does not pay, the other correct customer has already compensated for this in terms of loss.

We will not ship (anymore) by cash on delivery.
As with orders by invoice, a large percentage of cash on delivery orders were not accepted or were not picked up at the post office. Result: The shipment comes back to us with additional costs, we have the cash on delivery charges and the return shipping and then the goods unintentionally in stock, which someday somebody will order again - if not - total loss. The additional workload / inventory costs, anger and unintentionally blocked funds are also a reason.

It is not possible to pay at pick up in cash. This has two reasons:
1. - We have no real store (anymore) and therefore we do not need a book for cash payments, which is mandatory. Acceptance of cash payments without cash book (and cash-machine printed receipt) can be connected with relatively much trouble with the tax office ...
2. - We order and import the goods, then it may never picked up by someone ... (has happened several times formerly...!) ... and we stay on the goods and make loss - that does not work.
All payments must go through our account.

Bitcoin & Co.: If you wish, you can also pay your shopping with Bitcoin BTC, Litecoin LTC, Ripple XRP or Ethereum ETH. Unfortunately there is no plug-in for our shop-system yet, so we calculate every order for the average weekly rate ON REQUEST. Other coins also on request, but we accept only the most common coins.
