All sales are final, a only-return is excluded.
If once clothing does not fit, we offer within 5 days after receipt of unused, undamaged, unwashed outerwear (dresses, skirts, etc.) a right to exchange. Except are onesize items, bi-sized items (SM-ML LXL) hosiery, sanitary products, latex products, custom made products. Exclusively outerwear will be exchanged (no accessories, shoes, or BdSM items, furniture). An exchange is excluded because you do not like the item(s).

The return postage (of 9 - CHF in Switzerland or equivalent of the weight or the charge for your country) has to be enclosed with the return. The goods must be properly packaged and postage paid, sent to SR Erotec Switzerland GmbH, Hubelweg 1, CH-4936 Kleindietwil.
Enclose a copy of the invoice, the reason for the return and a statement of the desired size.
To meet the deadline the date on the postmark on the parcel must be correct.
Goods which was incorrectly delivered, we will take back of course, if we within 5 days from receipt are thereof notified. (E-mail is enough, send to The goods are returned suitably packaged - and in the undamaged original package - to SR Erotec Switzerland GmbH, Hubelweg 1, CH-4936 Kleindietwil. The postage fee will be refunded to you.
The revocation of an order is possible within 5 days after the order AND ONLY unless the order is not executed or is at least partially sent to the customer or if the items which you ordered are not already back ordered from us at our suppliers. Normally we do the backorders IMMEDIATELY, in sense of a quick delivery. So if you want to cancel the order, let us know also immediately or as soon as possible.
If there are items of an order, which are already backordered from us at the suppliers, then the order can not be completely cancelled anymore.To do so send us an email, a copy of your order and the revocation request. Late revocations are not accepted.

If you cancel an order, which was paid by creditcard, there are already booking fees and not at least our work-time, then the back-booking fees and transaction-fees. The fee is dependent on the total order amount (4% transaction-fee, but at least 20 CHF), and it will be not refunded.

If something in the shop is listed as "xxxLG-letzter(s)" in the article number for the article itself, cancellation, return or revocation is no longer possible.
