Our shop and our prizes are not designed to host, for example, a kind of erotic "tupperware-party" and you just order stuff to try on and then just send it back!
All sales are final, a only-return is excluded.
 

If once clothing does not fit, we offer within 5 days after receipt of unused, undamaged, unwashed outerwear (dresses, skirts, etc.) a right to exchange. Except are onesize items, bi-sized items (SM-ML LXL) hosiery, sanitary products, latex products, custom made products. Exclusively outerwear will be exchanged (no accessories, shoes, or BdSM items, furniture). An exchange is excluded because you do not like the item(s).
 

If you want to send something back to us (in exchange) let us us know in advance by email: info-at-fetishladen.ch
The return postage (of 9 - CHF in Switzerland or equivalent of the weight or the charge for your country) has to be enclosed with the return. The goods must be properly packaged and postage paid, sent to SR Erotec Switzerland GmbH, Hubelweg 1, CH-4936 Kleindietwil.
Enclose a copy of the invoice, the reason for the return and a statement of the desired size.
To meet the deadline the date on the postmark on the parcel must be correct.
 

Goods which was incorrectly delivered, we will take back of course, if we within 5 days from receipt are thereof notified. (E-mail is enough, send to info-at-fetishladen.ch). The goods are returned suitably packaged - and in the undamaged original package - to SR Erotec Switzerland GmbH, Hubelweg 1, CH-4936 Kleindietwil. The postage fee will be refunded to you.
 

The revocation of an order is possible within 5 days after the order AND ONLY unless the order is not executed or is at least partially sent to the customer or if the items which you ordered are not already back ordered from us at our suppliers. Normally we do the backorders IMMEDIATELY, in sense of a quick delivery. So if you want to cancel the order, let us know also immediately or as soon as possible.

If there are items of an order, which are already backordered from us at the suppliers, then the order can not be completely cancelled anymore.To do so send us an email, a copy of your order and the revocation request. Late revocations are not accepted.

If you cancel an order, which was paid by creditcard, there are already booking fees and not at least our work-time, then the back-booking fees and transaction-fees. The fee is dependent on the total order amount (4% transaction-fee, but at least 20 CHF), and it will be not refunded.

Cancellation delayed or ready to ship orders INFO: Just think about it - just one example: YOU work, have a variety of expenses and effords and at the end of the month YOUR boss asks YOU to pay more for your work! Cancellation if something is not available - no problem, but if you have paid by credit card and tentatively agreed (even tacitly) with the delay, then you will be charged 4% of the card booking fee where we was paying. If we accept in a particular case a return (oblingingness), which actually would be not a legitimate return, we can charge at least 25% up to 45% of the purchase amount.

IMPORTANT:
Please do the measuring and check before the order the size-table, because exchanges are costly for both sides and there is additional a waiting-time for you.
If you are not sure which is correct size for you, send us your measurements at the comments-field at checkout or send the measurements by a separate e-mail to info@fetishladen.ch with your order number and your name. Then we will find out which size will fits you best.
