It comes with two buckles for the required size adjustment at the cock ring and on the balls separator strap. This cock & balls harness combination with testicle divider ia also available in extra soft LUX-version.

Cleaning can be done with a damp cloth with a few drops of wool detergent. Treat the robust leather material with a leather care balm from time to time so that the natural material remains soft and supple.
