The Glansspike Extra features six rounded spikes that can be screwed in and out using an Allen wrench. The urethral plug is hollow, allowing fluids to pass through. It can also be removed with the included Allen wrench.

Simply turn the spikes outward (counterclockwise) before placing the ring over the glans. Then insert the hollow penis plug into the urethra. Once it's properly positioned, gradually turn the spikes inward (clockwise) to adjust the intensity to your liking.

The stainless steel material is easy to clean. We strongly recommend in conjunction with urethral games the use of a sterile lubricant like our K-Y-Jelly and sterilization prior to use by boiling or sterile wipes such as Alcohol Wipes.
