Vacuum Penis Suction Cylinder

This vacuum penis suction cylinder is handcrafted and made of the finest, industrial strength crystal-clear acrylics. The vacuum penis suction cylinders by Size Matters are tapered toward the top to match the natural anatomy of your penis for maximum comfort.

No gaskets are required, each cylinder contains a state-of-the-art air-lock valve which allows for quick and easy disconnection from the pump while maintaining pressure within the cylinder.

Sizes: Most men will require the medium 5 cm diameter cylinder. If your equipment is leaning towards small we recommend the small 4.5 cm diameter cylinder. Likewise, if your above average the large 2.7 cm cylinder would be your choice.

Note: Please increase the vacuum carefully and slowly. Pumping too fast or pumping too hard can damage the blood vessels /capillaries and cause them to burst. Less negative pessure at the beginning, and if it is comfortable for you, only then increase the vacuum pressure - but never until it gets painful!
