The shipping charge at our bondage fetish online store in Switzerland Fetischladen CH:
A shipment PRIORITY up to 2 kg inside Switzerland and Lichtenstein is 12.80 CHF included the tax.
Freight charge is weight-dependent and equal to the current rates of Swiss Post (see www.post.ch
), included the swiss VAT (MwSt) and the handling / packaging fee of 3.- CHF per Shipment. You can see the charge, when you have items in the basket when you go to checkout, before you can send the order.
We COULD incorporate the shipping charge into our prices and write then like much other's magnificent "free shipping" - but we don't!
Our prices are real calculated product-prices!
The shipping charge is FOR YOU - against many other shops with "free shipping"-bragging - at us at about 50 Fr. inside switzerland at least in... After that, you will save more with each other item you will order.
We don't (want to) earn money with freight charge ! But packaging costs have to be cleared.
Shipping rates are weight dependent - except for bulky items over 100 cm and heavy items. The swiss post forwards packages up to 30 kg.
Furniture or large and heavy items are usually delivered on request by a forwarding company, freight costs will be communicated as soon as known.
Orders at a value above of 700.- CHF will be shipped inside switzerland and lichtenstein for free. (Except items where in the description is decleared "not free shipping"). Vouchers are of course free of freight charge, since electronical sent.
Inside Switzerland and Lichtenstein we also ship to postboxes or pickpost, my post as also poststorage services.
We will send package(s) provided NEUTRAL packed with your address and the parcel is marked only with the sender SR E. Schweiz GmbH. There is NO OTHER possibillity, because of several laws and regulations ! IF this should be a problem, think about a Pickpost- or Poststorage address for the delivery.
If you are, for example, in vacations and you want a special shipping date - no problem! Just note it in the comment-field at the checkout.
All shipments over a value of 300.- CHF are automatically sent by signature / enroll, for your and our safety without any additional cost for you.
Pickup at our location is possible as soon we have your online-order ready. Therefore you choose "pickup" at the checkout at the shipping-page. You will get an email from us as soon we have your order ready to pickup included suggested pickup-time. Cash-payments at pickup are not possible, the goods must be paid with one of our integrated payment methods in the shop. Our storage place with stacked goods is not suitable for visitors.
"Parcel with collection invitation not picked up": We generally send by registered mail from a value of 150 CHF. This means that you have to be at the address given for delivery. If this is not the case, you will normally have a collection notice from the Post in your mailbox. The Post will keep consignments for collection for a maximum of 10 days, after which they will be returned to us at a cost. These return costs as well as the new shipping costs are at your expense.
Customers outside Switzerland:
The shipping charge to the EC and other countries
is at the Swiss Post (and other transporting companies in Switzerland) relatively high and includes the customs declaration fee. Our shop-system calculates the shipping charge mainly according the weight of the ordered items. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed
and are for you visible, when you have something in the shopping cart and if you go to the checkout before you can send the order
Orders outside of Switzerland will be shipped
- dependend on weight and size - mainly by priority
mail, a tracking number
will be provided. If the shipping charge is far more than you paid for, we send the parcel by ECONOMY and not like the shop-system shows priority.
Outside of Switzerland postboxes shipments are NOT possible, since they will not prepay for you the customs and VAT charge.
Partial shipping for orders from outside of Switzerland will not work unless you want to pay the additional postage. That means we only send abroad if the order is complete.
At INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, according to international regulations, is a commercial invoice enclosed on top of the package. These pro forma invoice is for the customs and contains the exact product description, weight and value. According to these data, included the freight charge, the customs or postal service / DHL collect the VAT charge at you as a receiver - depending on WEIGHT customs duty and depending on the VALUE the VAT tax of your country. There is no other legal way to declare export goods.
In addition, to the best of our knowledge, a flat fee of 6 euros is required for the declaration at customs by the carrier (DHL Deutsche Post) upon delivery.
Customers outside of Switzerland and Lichtenstein DO NOT PAY the swiss VAT at our shop. You see in your basket the prices without the CH tax, as soon you have created your account and choose a foreign shipping address at checkout.
The customs is entitled to open shipments. (Do not worry, the people there have to be confidentialy!)
The normal delivery times for EU and other international mail can be found on the Swiss Post website. We are not liable for delays caused by the customs clearance process, because we have absolutely no influence at this.

For goods imported by rail / car into the EU, a free value is set of currently 300 € for each person over 17 years of age!
Hereby also "post-storage" shipping would be possible, in that case we need to have he exact address of the relevant swiss post office.
