At the front is a 5 cm diameter opening for penis and testicles. The waist band runs through D-rings and can be adjusted to the required size at both sides over 16 positions using the snaps.
If necessary, clean the leather with a damp cloth with a few drops of wool detergent. However, you should never immerse or soak leather in water.
