It is made from strong, durable leather that has been gently sanded to create the soft, velvety surface. This exquisite leather flogger whip is sure to leave a lasting impression.

The relatively stiff, heavy welts have a flat top and create an impressive impact. The handle is of traditional black braided leather to complement the purple colored welts of this award winning whip.

The hand strap is for safe use and also for storage in the toy closet.
