Glans ring with spikes & urethral insert Glansspike Extra 25mm by Shots Midia / Triune. This is a penis head ring, made of heavy, high-gloss polished stainless steel, a extreme CBT sextoy for experienced users.

The Glansspike Extra comes with 6 rounded spikes, which can be screwn out or in with an nr. 3 allen key. The urethral insert is hollow, liquids can pass throug. The insert can be screwn off with a nr. 4 allen key. Both keys are included.

The stainless steel material is easy to clean. We strongly recommend in conjunction with urethral games the use of a sterile lubricant like our K-Y-Jelly and sterilization prior to use by boiling or sterile wipes such as Alcohol Wipes.
